By accessing this site, scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, or providing personal information, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Us
1 Vision USA Security (“we,” “our,” “us”) is an independently owned and operated ADT Authorized Dealer . All ADT-related marketing, promotional offers, and services displayed on this site are delivered by BFD Carolina LLC , the registered business entity doing business as 1 Vision USA Security.
We are not ADT Corporate, and all equipment sales, marketing claims, or scheduling activities originate from BFD Carolina LLC.
ADT provides monitoring services to qualifying customers. ADT trademarks, copy, and approved marketing content displayed on this site are used under license and subject to ADT Dealer Marketing Guidelines.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website solely for obtaining information about our services, scheduling appointments, or submitting onboarding and opt-in information.
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website functionality
- Use the site for fraudulent, abusive, or improper purposes
We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
3. Submission of Information & Accuracy
By submitting any onboarding form:
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own
- You authorize 1 Vision USA Security to transmit your information securely to third-party systems (including FillQuick CRM) solely for operational, scheduling, or service purposes
- You understand that inaccurate or incomplete information may delay scheduling, installation, or ADT monitoring qualification
4. Text Messages, Calls & Email
Texts. When you check a texting box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from 1 Vision USA Security about what that box names, at the number you gave. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of a purchase or of working with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Calls and email. When you submit a form, you agree that 1 Vision USA Security may call or email you about your request, including by automated means, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. You can ask us to stop at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
5. Appointment Scheduling & Installation
Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee installation, approval, financing, or monitoring activation.
Installations may be modified or rescheduled depending on:
- Service eligibility
- Equipment availability
- Technician scheduling
- Local licensing requirements
- ADT qualification review
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust appointments at our discretion.
6. Promotions, Offers & Claims
All promotions displayed on this site are issued by BFD Carolina LLC , not ADT Corporate.
Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time and may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and ADT disclaimers.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, branding, and layout on this site are owned by 1 Vision USA Security or licensed from ADT, Google, or other partners.
